Kaos GL [About Us]

KAOS GL has reached many points abroad, from Zimbabwe to Kazakhstan and from Serbia to Denmark, and this has opened our communication channels with many individuals and institutions. Unfortunately, even though these channels have been strengthening, we often remain at the level of merely being aware of each other’s existence, especially with respect to gay people from neighboring countries. While we learn a tremendous amount from the experiences of European homosexuals, we attach special importance to contacting people in countries that share problems similar to those we encounter in Turkey. We hope that contacts achieved through KAOS GL, as well as through more personal communications, will, in the near future, lead to a Conference for the Homosexuals in the Middle East and the Balkan Countries.
